Sanjeeda Sheikh is an Indian actress prominently known for her work in the Hindi television industry. She was born on December 20, 1984, in Kuwait City, Kuwait, and hails from a Muslim family with roots in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

She spent her childhood and schooling days in Ahmedabad, where she grew up. After completing her Bachelor of Arts degree, she ventured into the entertainment industry.

Her journey in television began with her debut in the show "Kyaa Hoga Nimmo Kaa" (2006–07), where she portrayed the female protagonist Nimmo. She subsequently played a vamp in the 2007 Star Plus series "Kayamath," earning an award for her award-winning portrayal of Ayesha, a negative character.
