Aditya Roy Kapur is an Indian actor who works in Hindi films. He was born on 16 November 1985 in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. He started his career as a VJ on Channel V India and made his acting debut with the film London Dreams (2009).

He rose to fame with the romantic film Aashiqui 2 (2013), which was his first commercial success. He has also acted in films such as Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani (2013), Fitoor (2016), Malang (2020) and Ludo (2020). He is the youngest brother of film producer Siddharth Roy Kapur and actor Kunaal Roy Kapur.
